Terms of Service

What CBIN is. CBIN provides software and information services — buying intelligence, analysis, and editorial briefings — for licensed cannabis operators. CBIN is an information service. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional advice. Buying and business decisions are yours. CBIN does not touch, handle, sell, or distribute cannabis.

Eligibility. You must be 21+ and using the Services for a lawful cannabis business in a jurisdiction where it operates legally.

Your account. Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. Access may be reviewed and approved manually.

Your data & license. You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant CBIN a limited license to process it solely to provide the Services. You confirm you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the Services, reverse-engineer them, resell outputs, or use them to violate any law or licensing rule.

Subscriptions & billing. Paid plans are billed monthly at the rates shown on the Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.

No warranty. The Services and all scores, recommendations, and editorial content are provided “as is,” without warranties. Recommendations are decision support, not guarantees of outcome.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBIN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination. Either party may end the relationship; we may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

Governing law. New Jersey, USA.

Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
